EPS Industry and Trade Co. Ltd. was established in 1991 in Bursa, which is one of the most important industrialized and urbanized city in Turkey. We do our production in 5000 m2 closed area with approximate 100 employee.
Our Manufacturing Units;
• R & D Department: Designing the models of chairs, procreate samples, perform the quality tests, planning the production of ergonomic and quality competitive chairs with the help of performed tests.
• Mold designing and manufacturing: We produce Entegral, Foam, Sheet Metal and Plastic Molds with the help of CAD-CAM Program, CNC Milling Machine, Manual Lathe, Milling and Erosion Bench.
• Metal Department: We manufacture metal parts with Eccentric Presses, Hydraulic Presses, Pipe Bending Machine, Welding and Spot Welding.
• Manufacturing Division: Foam, Integral and Fuspet products are manufactured with different Polyurethane machines on revolving band system.
• Fabric Upholstery Division: We perform fabric modelling and forming, Cutting, Sewing and Upholstering with experienced employees.
